The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase on June 12 should last about an hour and a half, according to what was reported by the General Manager of the marketing department of Microsoft, Aaron Greenberg. The duration was unveiled in advance by the official Xbox website, but according to the Microsoft employee, a final decision has not yet been made, even if the showcase will hardly last less.
The Twitter profile of IdleSloth discovered the duration of the event by scrolling the calendar visible on the official Xbox website. Still, Greenberg intervened on social media, stating that at the moment, a final decision has not yet been made, even if, generally, all Xbox showcases have a duration close to 90 minutes. Microsoft will update fans in the coming weeks, but there will be hardly any changes to the program.
A few days ago, insider Rand Al Thor talked about the Xbox showcase, stating that “all the first-party studios have sent material for the event” and anticipating a duration close to 90 minutes. We know for sure that during the event, we will see Starfield and Redfall and that we will receive some updates on the main Xbox exclusives coming out in 2022. However, if the insider’s statements prove correct, we may also receive updates on highly anticipated projects without a release date, such as Fable IV.
