Wreckfest debuted on PC in June 2018 year. The console version for PS4 and Xbox One was released in August 2019.
Get ready for giant crashes, pushing off the track just before the finish line, and fancy ways to bend the sheet metal! You will experience these and other unique moments, faithfully devoted to physics principles, only in Wreckfest, created by the legendary Bugbear studio – the creators of FlatOut 1 and 2!
Wreckfest offers a wide range of upgrades and tuning options. Whether you will fit heavy-duty bumpers, roll cages, and side skirts to prepare for an arena demolition, or you decide to replace the air filter, camshaft, or fuel system for a wrecked race, one thing’s for sure … Wreckfest guarantees the most exciting fights of all cars!
Wreckfest in the next-generation PlayStation 5 console version will offer players such improvements as 4K resolution, smooth gameplay at 60 FPS, and a multiplayer mode for up to 24 people. Additional changes:
- Dynamic dirt on the vehicle
- Improved shadows and lighting
- Higher texture resolution
- Additional visual effects
- DualSense is supported
- Much faster loading time
