Ubisoft announces that the awaited Watch Dogs: Legion game is now available globally for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC players (via Epic Games and Uplay). The game also arrives for Xbox Serie X | S on November 10 and receives a digital version for PlayStation 5 on November 12, along with the arrival of consoles. The physical version of Watch Dogs: Legion for PS5 will be available from November 24.

Developed on the concepts of the new generation of consoles, Watch Dogs: Legion introduces the feature “Play As Anyone,” a gameplay innovation created by Ubisoft Toronto that allows players to choose any character spread across the city of London to be controlled and be part of the Resistance. Each person spread across the game map has their skills, personality, and history and can offer the gamer a unique experience. Watch Dogs: Legion also supports Xbox Series X’s DirectX Raytracing hardware accelerator technology and will be fully compatible with ray-tracing on PCs equipped with NVIDIA’s RTX, which renders cinematic quality real-time graphics. Besides that,

In Watch Dogs: Legion, London is facing its worst moment. Amid growing unrest in a city overtaken by chaos, a mysterious entity known as Zero-Day sets up the secret underground resistance DedSec to be accused of conducting coordinated bombings in different parts of London. In this scenario, opportunistic criminals from all corners of the city take control of the place and fill the defeated rulers’ void. As members of the DedSec Resistance, players will face sadists, mercenaries, and cybercriminals, among other enemies, and will need to be ready for a variety of situations, in addition to recruiting new companions in the fight for London’s freedom and to unlock the secrets behind Zero-Day.

Players who purchase the Watch Dogs: Legion season pass will receive access to Watch Dogs: Legion – Bloodline, a new story featuring Aiden Pierce, the protagonist of the first game in the series, and Wrench, from Watch Dogs 2, who will be able to be used as playable characters in both story mode and online. They will also be joined by Darcy, a member of the Assassin order who arrives in Watch Dogs: Legion thanks to a cross-over with the Assassin’s Creed series, and Mina, a character who emerged from transhuman experiments and acquired the ability to control the mind from other people. Users with the season pass will still have access to extra DeadSec missions, the Watch Dogs Complete Edition released in 2014, and more.

Watch Dogs: Legion’s online multiplayer mode will be available on December 3 as part of a free update for all game players. Watch Dogs: Legion has a robust post-launch plan that will add different content to the single-player mode and introduce new ways to play with other users via the internet.

Through Ubisoft Connect, the ideal environment to connect with friends and participate in in-game events and activities, Watch Dogs: Legion also offers new and exciting community challenges for a limited time. In addition to a dynamic loyalty between games, users earn points to use for exclusive rewards such as weapons, costumes, and various items.

Watch Dogs: Legion explores the possibilities of Smart Delivery. This feature allows players to use their Xbox One and Xbox Series X games on either of the two consoles when the next generation is released. PlayStation games on digital media and Blu-ray provide access to the corresponding digital version on PlayStation 5 at no extra cost. But require a PlayStation 5 console with the disc (in the case of physical media) inserted in the device, account on the PSony Entertainment Network, additional space storage, and broadband internet connection.
