InXile Entertainment may also be working on a new IP, but apparently, there are still some surprises on the horizon for Wasteland 3 fans. The role-playing game will receive two paid narrative expansions and a series of minor updates between 2021 and 2022, and a few moments ago, the trailer for the first DLC released in June was shown.
The Battle of Steeltown, this is the name of the first expansion, will be available from 3 June on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC (via Steam) and GOG for € 13.99, will introduce new missions of the story, weapons, armor, NPCs and casual encounters and can be played in singleplayer or cooperative multiplayer. Below you can take a look at the announcement trailer, which shows new areas and some of the challenges designed by the developers.
Brian Fargo of InXile stated that the first DLC release would be preceded by patch 1.4.0, an update in which “several interesting features” will be introduced, and that other minor updates will accompany us over the next few months.
