Update 4.0 for Battlefield 2042 arrives tomorrow, making it one of the biggest to date for DICE’s AAA.
This new update finally brings the voice chat option to players. DICE explained that its absence was since players used external platforms to communicate with each other, such as Discord on PC and through the communication system of the consoles themselves.
Other changes to the game have also been implemented, such as improvements and adjustments to the scoreboard design, an overhaul of the weapon attachment system, many bug fixes, and much more.
The list is huge; you can consult it in its entirety on the game’s official page.
