Twitter is currently known as a social media platform that is entirely free. One of the things that prove it is from verifying users who are practically quite popular.
But even though it can verify accounts easily, apparently it is done because it does not have an account verification request feature like Instagram.
It is known that this account verification request feature has been deactivated by Twitter since 2017 because at that time there had been criticisms from users about the verification system.
Well, recently, one well-known social media analyst named Jane Manchun Wong is known to have provided information that Twitter is currently testing to bring this feature back on its service.
Besides, Jane also said that the user could access the account verification request feature through the Personal Information menu contained in the Twitter application settings.
With this, all Twitter users will be able to submit verification requests to Twitter so that their account will get a blue check as a sign that their account is an official account and is well known to many people.
