Sony’s series of announcements regarding PlayStation VR games continues, and this time it’s Twilight Path, already available on PC.
Alan Jernigan, studio director of Charm Games, explains that Twilight Path, due out on PS4 in October, launch window with no fixed release date, was inspired by beautiful fantasy and adventure films of the 80s. And the 90s, an era when innovative special effects created new ways to bring classic tales to life on the screen.
Twilight Path is set in a surreal realm between the real world and the afterlife. In this story-driven adventure, you are mysteriously transported to the land of Twilight. You will wake up in this fantasy world to find that you have been trapped, and your only way home leads through the ancient remains of a land that has been home to wandering spirits and souls for countless generations.
From the beginning of your adventure, you will have the help of a group of unlikely companions on their journey. They will stay by your side to assist you from time to time when they call for it. No adventure would be complete without puzzles to solve, and in Twilight Path, you will find obstacles between you and your new friends. Charm Games has built its experience from the award-winning previous FORM game, using the beautiful setting to create deeply rooted puzzles in their environment.
Twilight Path will arrive on PSVR in October.
