Publisher Team17 and studio OverBorder Studio have announced that the action RPG Thymesia will be delayed a few days, more precisely from August 9, the original date, to August 18. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
The studio claims that the date change follows listening to community feedback received after the demo was released on Steam. ” We took the difficult decision to postpone the launch of Thymesia for a few days, until August 18. We are 100% committed to making Thymesia the best experience possible. These few extra days will allow us to implement changes and improvements that have been asked of us across all the platforms “.
” We appreciate all the support and love that Thymesia has shown and conveyed to us, and we can’t wait for them to jump to Corvus next month .”
Thymesia has many classic Soulslike hallmarks, such as precise combat requiring timely blocking and evasion maneuvers to avoid damage. But the Taiwanese studio has ideas that help assert Thymesia’s identity, such as the protagonist’s ability to transform into a crow.
Along the adventure in a world affected by a mysterious plague, players will have to find lost memories of Corvus to piece the plot together.
