The release date for Tales of Arise is fast approaching, and if you’re eager to enter this new world envisioned by Bandai Namco, you’re certainly curious about the game’s longevity.
According to Yusuke Tomizawa, producer of Arise, the duration of this next title in the series is similar to that of the most recent game in the series released, Tales of Berseria. If you feared that focusing on a new engine and better visuals would mean a shorter game, there seems to be nothing to fear.
Tomizawa was asked about Arise’s longevity during a recent broadcast dedicated to the game and replied that “it goes without saying that it will depend on your playing style. But overall, I’d say it’s around the same length as Tales of Berseria.”
“Obviously, the game will have lots of optional content and also reasons to start more often.”
Tales of Berseria takes between 50 to 60 hours to complete, depending on your playstyle and optional content you complete, making Tales of Arise a reputable game of longevity and fitting in with what you’ve come to expect from the Tales of series.
