Stray, the new cat adventure video game from Annapurna Interactive and BlueTwelve Studio, has been classified by the South Korean GRAC (Game Rating and Administration Committee ) for PC and has appeared in the library of Marketing Directort Jeff Lagaspi. As usual, the classification indicates that the release period has most likely been fixed, and consequently, the announcement should be upon us.
Annapurna Interactive unveiled Stray in June 2020 during PlayStation’s Future of Gaming event and returned to show the game during Annapurna Interactive Showcase 2021. Initially, the study had spoken of a release during the first half of 2022, but the lack of information has led to thinking of a delay in the second half of the year.
In addition to the GRAC rating, the game has also appeared in Annapurna’s Marketing Director Jeff Legaspi’s Steam library, so it’s certainly in post-production. Theoretically, the announcement should be very close. Still, it is always possible that the publisher is organizing an Annapurna Interactive Showcase for this summer, so in the worst case, we will have to wait for a few more months.
Stray will certainly be released in 2022 on PS4, PS5, and PC.
