Starfield: a new trailer presents Vasco, the robot who will accompany the players in the adventure

Bethesda Game Studios has released a new complementary video to the Starfield web series, centered on one of the companion adventures available in Starfield. In the video, graphic chief Istvan Pely introduces the character, revealing some of the characteristics that make him the perfect companion to take on your first adventure in space.

Vasco is a bipedal robot explorer produced by Lunar Robotics, one of Starfield’s futuristic companies, designed to accompany Constellation’s explorers on their adventures. The robot is large and is ideal for heavy work, be it gathering resources or adjusting the spaceship. In addition, the robot can defend itself in case of enemy attacks, even if its nature is peaceful.

The presence of fellow adventurers is nothing new for Bethesda games, and it seems that even in the case of Starfield, players will have to choose who to bring with them. Vasco will probably not be the best choice for users most interested in interactions with NPCs, but it could prove to be the most functional to speed up the discovery of the game world.

Starfield will be available from November 11, 2022, only on Xbox Series X / S and PC, and all Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to download it on day one at no additional cost.
