Initially released in the last quarter of 2021, the survival horror Scorn has recently been postponed to a later date, with a message received far from positive by the community. Ebb Software, the Serbian studio responsible for developing the game, had promised that new information would soon arrive. Over the weekend, a short teaser trailer was released in which the new month of release was revealed.
As you can see in the teaser below, Scorn will debut on PC and Xbox Series X / S in October 2022, exactly one year late. This is a real record postponement, but according to what the study revealed, it was necessary not to compromise the quality of the experience, on which the fans have high expectations.
Scorn is a horror set in a world inspired by the surrealist works of Hans Ruedi Gige, a Swiss painter and sculptor famous for having created the Xenomorph ( Alien ) design. Survival horror is described as “grotesque and terrifying” and will put players in the shoes of a skinless humanoid creature intent on discovering his identity. Initially scheduled for the final quarter of 2021, the release period recently slipped to October 2022, when the game will finally see the light on PC and Xbox Series X / S.
