After many rumors and leaks circulating regarding the new variant of the Galaxy S20 smartphone, the S20 Fan Edition (FE), Samsung is now getting ready to announce the presence of this smartphone to fans officially.
Samsung has announced that it will hold an online Galaxy Unpacked event on 23 September 2020, like the Galaxy Unpacked event held in August 2020 yesterday.
Samsung also wrote the word ‘Unpacked for Every Fan’ as a sign that the device to be announced at the event was the Galaxy S20 FE.
Previously, the leak about this smartphone was informed by a famous leaker named Roland Quandt from WinFuture, starting from the specifications to the smartphone’s appearance.
It is said that the Galaxy S20 FE will come with a 6.5-inch FHD + (2,400 x 1,080 pixel) AMOLED screen. This smartphone screen also has a 120Hz refresh rate and supports fingerprints under the screen (on-screen fingerprint).
Comes with a design similar to the Galaxy Note 20, the smartphone equipped with the Exynos 990 SoC or Snapdragon 865 chipset will also be available in two variants, 4G and 5G. Meanwhile, only one variant is available, namely 6GB RAM and 128GB memory (UFS 2.1).
The Galaxy S20 FE is said to come with a triple rear camera setup with 12MP, 12MP, and 8MP resolutions. While the front camera comes with 32MP resolution and is in the form of a punch hole.
