After successfully launching its new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 20 Series, now Samsung is known to be preparing another smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition.
It is known that this smartphone will be the lowest variant of the Galaxy S20 series, which is also said to be present under another name Samsung Galaxy S20 Lite. Even recently, the leaked specifications of this smartphone have also been circulating on the Geekbench benchmark site.
It comes with the Samsung SM-G780F model. It is known that this smartphone is equipped with Samsung’s chipset, the Exynos 990 SoC. This smartphone also managed to get a score of 588 for a single-core and 2,448 for multi-core on Geekbench.
Included in the high-end smartphone category, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be equipped with 8GB of RAM and run the Android ten operating system with the distinctive OneUI that is now used by all Samsung smartphones.
However, it is also possible that this smartphone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset for several countries. It’s just stated that the Snapdragon variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition only has 6GB of RAM, 2GB smaller than the Exynos variant.
Also, other leaks say this smartphone comes with a 120Hz screen with a battery of 4,500 mAh. Of course, this smartphone’s presence is an alternative for consumers who want to experience Samsung’s flagship performance by using this high-end smartphone.
Even so, the leak has not been officially confirmed by Samsung.
