Rumor: Resident Evil Outrage will be released a few months after RE Village

Dusk Golem, known Resident Evil leaker, provided some details of Resident Evil Outrage.

First, the name Resident Evil Outrage came up in the leaks caused by the hack at Capcom. According to Dusk Golem, RE Outrage will be released within 1 year after RE Village. That is, until May 2022.

The part that draws the most attention in your comments is that it will be a temporary Switch exclusive and arrive later on all platforms. Despite that, it will be on RE Engine, as Monster Hunter Rise.

Dusk Golem also reveals that the title is basically Resident Evil Revelations 3, but it changed its name in the middle of development. He says the protagonists are Rebecca Chambers and two other well-known characters.

Finally, RE Outrage has been in development for about 4 years, and its budget is similar to that of RE Village. Like RE Village, the title will be released as part of the series’ 25th-anniversary celebrations.
