Playstation has indeed become one of the gamers’ favorite game consoles, comes with a variety of exciting AAA games making the console managed to become one of the most successful game consoles.
However, apart from that, the role of indie games also helped build the success of the console as it has just been announced through a recent PlayStation blog post.
Reporting through the blog post, the head of the Playstation Indies announced that Playstation has an innovation focused on games from indie developers. Along with the presence of these breakthroughs, Playstation also announced nine games that will be present for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5.
The games that were present were part of the announcement, including:
- Worms Rumble (PS4/PS5)
- Haven (PS4/PS5)
- Carto (PS4)
- Recompile (PS5)
- Where the Heart Is (PS4, Winter 2020)
- Maquette
- FIST (PS4)
- Heavenly Bodies (PS4/PS5)
- Creaks (PS4)
Sony added that there will be a new indie game for Playstation Now every month, starting with Hello Neighbor this July. Apart from that, the Playstation has not yet announced further details about it.
