Ubisoft has confirmed that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Skull & Bones will be released in the current fiscal year, which ends on March 31, 2023, for the publisher.
In the same period, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope will also make its debut on the market, i.e., the continuation of RPG production aimed at the Switch with the famous plumber and Kórliks.
The information was disclosed in a new financial report, but no exact release dates were given for any games listed. In the case of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, however, one can speculate – the project is based on a film series, the second part of which will be released in December so that the title may be released on a similar date.
So far, few details about the production have been revealed. Massive Entertainment studio, i.e., the creator of the multiplayer The Division, is responsible for the position, which does not mean that there will be online elements.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is called an action-adventure game, presenting a ” standalone story,” – so there is a possibility that the emphasis will be on playing alone. The title will show the characters’ events and go to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X / S.
Skull & Bones, on the other hand, is a repeatedly delayed production with pirate themes. Players take on the role of a pirate ship commander to rob ships in the Indian Ocean region with up to three other users. The gameplay from an early version has recently leaked to the network, and Ubisoft has promised an official show.
