Oddworld: Collection will arrive on Nintendo Switch on May 27.
The collection will include the games Oddworld: New’n’Tasty, Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee, and Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath in a single cartridge. Its editor, Microids, has explained on Twitter that they have no plans to launch the collection on other platforms.
The confirmation of the date comes shortly after the announcement, which was surrounded by some confusion as it occurred on April 1, and by the fact that all games are already sold separately in the eShop.
They are going to be busy months for fans of the Oddworld saga. For tomorrow, April 6, the launch of Oddworld: Soulstorm, the sequel to Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, which in turn was the remake of Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee, is scheduled to be released. The game, which will feature PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC (via the Epic Games Store), will be available from the same launch day in the PlayStation Plus catalog for April.
