NVIDIA appears to have asked its add-in-board (AIB) partners to temporarily suspend production of the new flagship GeForce RTX 3090 Ti video cards, following some internal issues related to BIOS and hardware. At the moment, the manufacturer’s confirmation has not yet arrived, but according to the TweakTown and VideoCardz reports, the announcement should be upon us.
TweakTown and VideoCardz revealed the existence of the video card in advance. They shared some details about NVIDIA’s CES 2022 before the conference began, which is why they can be trusted sources. Both newspapers reported the news, stating that the information comes from some internal sources and guarantees its authenticity, explaining that it is not clear what the root of the problem is.
VideoCardz reveals that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti market launch was originally scheduled for January 27, 2022. Still, it now appears that the release of the video card has been postponed until a later date.
