Hello Games presented with a trailer for the new No Man’s Sky expedition, fourth in total, released just in time to celebrate Halloween. The update is available on all platforms and introduces lots of free content, including eight types of desert worms, a new adventure companion, sandstorms, new artifacts, and more. In addition, the update improves the quality of particle effects of meteor showers, laser beams, explosions, and so on for even greater clean-up graphics.
It is surprising how fast Hello Games continues to release updates for No Man’s Sky, given that the last major expansion dates back to just September 1, 2021. The new free update doesn’t feature the same amount of content as a DLC. However, it still allows for all explorers to experience a new adventure among the most complex seen so far, with sandstorms and gigantic desert worms that populate the planet of Wasan, where they will have to go to complete Expedition 4. Below you can take a look at the trailer.
No Man’s Sky is available at a discounted price on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. On next-gen consoles, the game boasts 4K graphics resolution and a fixed 60fps.
