Publisher Koei Tecmo and the developers at Team Ninja have announced that the long-awaited release of Nioh 2 Complete Edition has taken place on Steam.
Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition allows players to enjoy immersive storytelling through the eyes of their own half-human, half-youkai character. Players will begin their journey as mercenaries in the Mino province. Succumbing to the darkness and losing control of his youkai powers, the main character meets a wandering “Spirit Stone” merchant named Tokichiro.
Once players complete the base campaign, they will continue their adventures in three-story expansions: Tengu Apprentice, Darkness in the Capital, and The First Samurai. These expansions will also include a host of new weapons, armor, and new enemies.
Nioh 2 on PC will support 4K resolution, ultra-wide monitors, HDR, and 144Hz. The game will also have two options for blocking frame rate, one for 60fps and 120fps. Plus, players can look forward to custom keybindings and gamepad support.
