The 1999 Mario Golf video game is the new addition to the catalog of N64 classics available to all Nintendo Switch Online + Add-on Pack subscribers. The title will be available starting April 15. The fourth addition of 2022 to the catalog will be the following Banjo-Kazooie in January, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask in February, and F-Zero X in March.
Mario Golf was released for the first time in 1999 on the Nintendo 64 and is the third installment of the Nintendo series dedicated to this sport, after Golf in 1984 and NES Open Tournament Golf in 1991, both starring Mario. The series won millions of fans last year with Mario Golf: Super Rush, released exclusively on Nintendo Switch, and starting April 15, all fans will be able to rediscover one of the most successful classics of this sports series.
Nintendo will continue to dust off at least one great Nintendo 64 classic per month, so there will be surprises for retrogaming lovers in the future too. To use the catalog of these classics, we remind you that you will need to subscribe to the Additional Package offered by Nintendo for € 39.99 for 12 months.
