Spider-Man: No Way Home will debut in theaters around the world in a few days, and in North America, as well as in many other countries around the world, there is a real rush to buy with tickets resold online at astronomical figures. The general Spider-Man fever has convinced Sony to return to advertise Insomniac video games, particularly the excellent Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition proposed last year, and of course, the first-party studio is also doing its part.
In a new post published on social media, Insomniac has confirmed that Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered, the PS5 version of the 2018 game starring Peter Parker, will update on December 10, 2021, with a new free DLC, with which two costumes will be introduced straight from Spider-Man: No Way Home. The costumes in question will be added exclusively in the final version for PS5, obtainable only by purchasing Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, and not in the standard physical and digital version of 2018.
The two costumes in question are shown in the latest Spider-Man: No Way Home trailers and posters. The first is the new version of the red, blue, and gold Iron Spider Suit, while the second is the black and gold costume shown in the final trailer, specially created by Dr. Strange.
