New gameplay footage from Lost Judgment shows a playable Sega Master System. Inside the protagonist’s office, it is possible to interact with a Master System that includes Penguin Land and Alex Kidd in Miracle World. However, we don’t know if other games will be present inside the console.
Lost Judgment will feature a playable Sega Master System, reveals new eight-minute gameplay posted on Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s official YouTube channel. After the first 4 minutes, the footage shows the protagonist Takayuki Yagami in his office, where a Sega Master System has replaced his pinball machine.
It is not yet clear how many games will play on the console, but the footage shows Alex Kidd in Miracle World and Penguin Land in action. Previous games in the Yakuza series allowed players to discover and play Sega arcade classics such as Space Harrier, Fantasy Zone, Virtua Fighter 2, Super Hang-On, and Puyo Puyo. However, this is the first time a home console has been introduced.
Lost Judgment is the sequel to the 2018 Yakuza spin-off Judgment. It was officially revealed via a streaming presentation last month and released worldwide on September 24 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X / S.
