Little Devil Inside, the adventure video game with supernatural elements from Neostream Interactive, will not arrive on PS4 and PS5 before winter 2022, according to a new PlayStation commercial revealed a few days ago. The indie is due to debut on PC on the same date, so thanks to the new commercial, we know that the adventure of Billy, Vincent, and Dr. Oliver will not begin until December 21st of the new year.
Little Devil Inside was born as a Kickstarter project and was initially supposed to debut on last-gen consoles and PC in 2018. A few months after launch, the developers postponed the release due to internal problems. In 2020, after two years of waiting, the game would be a timeline exclusive for PlayStation and PC, and that it would debut in July 2021. The game’s release date has been moved to generic 2022 during the October 2021 State of Play, and today, thanks to the PlayStation commercial, we know that the official launch is more than a year away.
Little Devil Inside will put players in the shoes of Billy, a swordsman hired by a research team composed of Professor Vincent and Dr. Oliver, intent on studying all the terrifying creatures that populate the singular game world to achieve” an encyclopedia of the supernatural.” The title can be played in single-player and co-op, including survival elements, fighting against monsters, and free exploration. Once the exclusive time is over, the game will also be released on Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and Nintendo Switch.
