Deck Nine surprisingly released Life is Strange: True Colors patch # 3, which introduced 60fps mode on PS5 and Xbox Series X and a second graphics setting that favor resolution. The update is reserved exclusively for the two next-gen consoles, while a smaller update will be published on October 6 on the other platforms to solve some frame rate stability problems and make other minor corrections.
Since the game’s launch, users have complained about a certain instability in the frame rate of Life is Strange: True Colors, which is stuck at 30fps even on next-generation consoles. The problems should be definitively solved with this new update, and from today the players in possession of PS5 and Xbox Series X can experience the adventure of Alex Chen in a much more fluid way. For Deck Nine, this is the fourth update released in less than a month.
Life is Strange: True Colors is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Stadia, and PC.
