Microsoft has announced the new free games for Xbox Game Pass that will arrive in September for all subscribers to the service. Of this new wave, eight games will be launched on Day One directly on the Game Pass, including Flynn: Son of Crimson (September 15), I Am Fish (September 16), and SkateBird (September 16).
The stealth co-op game Aragami 2 (September 17) will also be released on Day One on Game Pass, as will the puzzle/adventure game Sable (September 23). Also added to the group are Lemnis Gate (September 28), the JRPG Astria Ascending (September 30), and the RPG Unsighted (September 30).
11 new titles have also been announced that will be updated with touch controls support:
- Blinx: The Time Sweeper
- Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge
- Cris Tales
- Halo: Spartan Assault
- Halo Wars: Definitive Edition
- Halo Wars 2
- Last Stop
- Raji: An Ancient Epic
- The Medium
- Tropico 6
Five of the Xbox Game Pass titles leaving the program will leave the service on September 31. These include Warhammer Vermintide II, Kathy Rain, Night in the Woods, Ikenfell, and Drake Hollow. Members can purchase them at a 20% discount before they leave the service.
