Developer 3DCloud has postponed the pirate-themed action RPG, King of Seas, from its previously planned release date of February 18 to sometime in May, as well as announcing that it has signed a publishing contract with Team17.
“We’re really pleased to be able to come on board with 3DClouds and help launch King of Seas,” said Team17 head of studio Chris Coates in a press release. “The game is already hotly anticipated, and we’re really eager to help enhance it for PC and consoles ready for launch later this spring.”
The publishing agreement will provide additional resources for the team to work on improving game quality, as well as implementing other languages, including German, French, Spanish, and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
The game will present an adventure in a fantasy world where piracy still reigns and is full of dangers, battles, secrets, and more. Find different characters and unique missions while trying to be the king of the seas.
King of Seas will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam for $ 24.99.
