Kena: Bridge of Spirits is available on PC, PS5, and PS4 and is already establishing itself as one of the hottest titles of autumn 2021. The Action / Adventure signed by Ember Lab offers us a vast adventure where the fights against fearsome corrupt monsters play a central role in the game.
However, the clashes can prove difficult, especially at the beginning when our heroine has not yet developed her skills and, in particular, does not enjoy adequate physical resistance. Increasing the vital energy of Kena is therefore essential to prepare for the ever-greater dangers of our journey and face enemies on an equal footing.
To improve the girl’s health, you need to find the Meditation Points scattered around the map. We will find the first of these after the first two hours of play, after meeting Rusu.
We will then notice a bright blue circle on the ground around which the Rot, the little furry friends accompanying Kena in her enterprise, will gather. Interacting with the circle, the young woman will sit on it and start meditating: her vital energy will finally get a boost, thus making her more resistant.
These stations are the only way to increase the vitality of our character: generally, we will find them shortly after a Boss Fight or by exploring the game world in search of secret areas. Exploring is highly recommended, although initially, some areas are inaccessible, not having specific skills available or not having progressed sufficiently in the story.
But with a little patience, you will transform Kena into a real warrior, capable of eliminating any creature that stands in her way without effort.
