Apple is currently preparing to release its newest flagship smartphone, the iPhone 12. Now leaks about this smartphone are also widely circulating on the internet, as recently uploaded by a famous leaker named Jon Prosser.
Through a YouTube video uploaded by a channel called Front Page Tech, it appears that Jon Prosser has managed to get a video in which a device suspected of being an iPhone 12 will be announced this year.
What makes Jon Prosser sure that the video is an iPhone 12 is the presence of the latest features such as LiDAR technology, which is only available on the iPad Pro and supports activating refresh rates of up to 120Hz.
It was also stated that the video did not show the back of the new iPhone at all because this smartphone uses a PVP casing, which is commonly used by vendors to keep the appearance of the new smartphone from being seen by others when used in public.
Jon Prosser also had time to upload several screenshots showing the new feature menu only available on the iPhone 12. This further strengthens the presence of the iPhone 12, which will be announced in a few months.
However, it seems that the iPhone 12 model in the video is the Pro or Pro Max variant of the iPhone 12. The reason is that the 120Hz refresh rate technology will only be available in the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max variants.
Even so, to find out whether the video is proven true, we better wait for official information and announcements from Apple.
