Milestone has released a new trailer for Hot Wheels Unleashed that shows in action some of the 66 vehicles that will be present at the launch. These include some cars that have become icons of automotive pop culture and vehicles based on actual cars.
With 66 vehicles at launch, including the most famous original design of Hot Wheels in the 53-year history of the brand, the range also includes cars that have become icons of automotive pop culture, such as “Party Wagon” to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, “Snoopy” from Peanuts, “KITT” from Knight Rider from NBC, “Time Machine” from Universal Pictures and Delorian from Back to the Future.
For those players who wish to get behind the wheel of their favorite vehicles found on the streets and circuits of today’s cities, the most popular cars will be presented by original manufacturers representing the past, present, and future of automotive culture, from classic cars like the 1932 Ford “Deuce” and 1969 Dodge Charger to modern cars like the Audi R8 Spyder and Honda S2000, as well as hypercars packed with future technology like the 2020 Koenigsegg Jesko.
Additional vehicles will be made available by playing Hot Wheels Unleashed in all its different game modes. You can see some of the vehicles mentioned above in action in the new trailer below.
Players will be able to upgrade vehicles using the in-game rarity system. With the Rarity System, players will be able to collect and disassemble vehicles in-game to improve the performance of their vehicles. Some updates can only be discovered in unique and secret ways.
