Xbox and 343 Industries confirmed that Halo Infinite, the latest chapter in the Master Chief saga, has officially entered the gold phase and will be available worldwide starting Wednesday, December 8, 2021, on Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and PC.
Microsoft and 343 Industries have agreed to release Halo Infinite content in multiple installments. The multiplayer mode has been active since last November 15, the day of the anniversary of Halo and Xbox, while the single-player campaign will be available starting from December 8 with the release of the full game. As for the co-op campaign and the Forge mode, the studio confirmed that we will have to be patient for a few more months, with the first coming out in May 2022 and the second postponed between summer and autumn of the new year.
Halo Infinite can be pre-ordered right now on Microsoft’s digital store for € 69.99, but as usual, all Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to download the video game for free on day one.
