Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the official title of the much-rumored PlayStation 5 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake. The game will offer numerous technical improvements, textures, environments, and better lighting than PS4. New features have also been added, such as the ability to switch to “Graphics Mode,” giving priority to high-quality 4K resolution, or “Performance Mode,” which will instead focus on the action at stable 60 FPS. Here is the announcement trailer:
The game will also include a Photo Mode, where players can take snapshots of their favorite in-game scenes. The important news is also a new episode that will see Yuffie as the protagonist.
All PlayStation 4 versions of Final Fantasy VII Remake, physical or digital, will upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version at no additional cost. It will also be possible to transfer saves from the PS4 version to the new generation one.
PS4 players who will upgrade to the new version will still have to separately purchase the new episode with Yuffie. At the same time, it will be included for all those who directly purchase Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. This is the key art of the new episode.
Those who pre-order the digital version of the title will have Yuffie’s “Cacstar” weapon as a bonus. In closing, here is the trailer showing the features of the PlayStation 5 version.
