Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier, the battle royale-style mobile game in the Final Fantasy series, will be out in November this year.
Pre-registrations for the game will begin later this month, its producer, Tetsuya Nomura, explained at the Tokyo Game Show. Gematsu translated the broadcast.

Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier was announced last February and will be a battle royale-style game set in Midgar, 30 years before the events of Final Fantasy 7. In it, we will play a SOLDIER candidate who has to fight for their survival.
According to Nomura, the game’s goal is to expand the regular audience for the Final Fantasy series.
In addition to the release date, it was confirmed during the Tokyo Game Show that Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier will have controller support, a training mode, improved tutorials, and collectibles.
