A few days from the official reveal, which we told you here with our first kick on the pitch, EA Sports announces an important novelty for FIFA 23: Juventus, after three years of absence, returns to be part of the roster of the teams on the license, in an exclusive manner. This means that the Old Lady will be present with official uniforms inside the game, and it will be possible to play the matches inside the Allianz Stadium. The partnership will also include activities in the real world that are not strictly related to football.
The cover man chosen to celebrate Juventus’ return to FIFA is Dusan Vlahovic, the Juventus center forward, who joins the EA Sports ambassadors of the game. Its digital counterpart will be particularly curated, but it is not the only interesting news that this partnership brings.
Those who are ready to seek glory in Ultimate Team mode will be able to welcome Claudio Marchisio into the ranks of their team, who will be part of the list of FUT Heroes, or those special players, below the Icons who have made the history of a specific division. The former Juventus midfielder was a pillar of the club, given that before making his debut in the first team, he made all the nonsense of the Juventus youth teams, earning the nickname of Principino.
FIFA 23 will arrive on PC, PS4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, and Google Stadia on September 30th, with the usual kickoff early to September 27th for those who book the Ultimate Edition. Among the most important innovations already announced, there are certainly cross-play (limited to single generations) and, for the next-gen version, a new version of the Hypermotion physics engine. Still, in the coming days, we will also investigate other aspects introduced by the Canadian studio this year. Finally, before becoming EA Sports FC, the last chapter of the FIFA branded series will greet the public with the license of two world championships integrated into the game: the men’s one in Qatar in 2022 and the women’s one, in New Zealand, in 2023.
