Ubisoft has unveiled the post-launch plan for Far Cry 6. In addition to the Season Pass, which includes three DLCs to play some of the Far Cry’s most celebrated antagonists, Far Cry 6 has revealed a plan to continue bringing new content to the game after its launch, October 7, 2021.
With the Season Pass, we will play as the most well-known villains in the series: Vaas Montenegro, Pagan Min, and Joseph Seed – all played by the original cast. Throughout the three DLCs, we will be able to play a different villain who struggles to escape the horrors caused by his mind in a new experience inspired by the roguelite genre.
Starting with a pistol, we will have to search for new weapons and unlock upgrades to become stronger and delve deeper and deeper into the psyche of the bad guys. Combining action and storytelling, each downloadable content will offer a unique opportunity to understand each character’s story better.
Season Pass owners on PC will also get Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, the classic released in 2013, while on Stadia and consoles, players will get the Classic Edition. Among other contents, we also find The Blood Dragon Set with some objects, weapons, and vehicles inspired by the homonymous title. Ubisoft also unveiled a mix of free content that includes weekly riots, six special operations, and three crossover missions involving Danny Trejo, Rambo, and Stranger Things.
Far Cry 6 Season Pass is included in the Gold, Ultimate, and Collector versions or purchased separately for € 39.99.
