Nothing to do for eFootball PES 2022. After the disastrous launch and animation problems, Konami seemed willing to quickly publish a first corrective patch to solve the main problems of the game, but apparently, the development of the update will require a few more weeks of work. In a new social post shared just a few moments ago, the software house has formalized the postponement of the update, confirming that the patch of October 28 has now been postponed to November.
This is nothing overly problematic, given that, at worst, the patch will only come out a couple of weeks late, but the postponement itself is not a good sign. The game currently has several problems, especially in terms of animations and bugs. The first update is called to solve many critical issues to improve the performance of a game that currently does not enjoy the best reputation.
eFootball 2022 is the spiritual sequel of PES, offered by Konami for free and designed as a “game as a service” to be supported for a long time with new content. The game has great potential, but it presents several problems of a technical nature, which we hope can be solved in a short time. We will see if this new update coming out in November will fix the most important ones.
