Techland has specified that update 1.3.0 for Dying Light 2 Stay Human will be released next Wednesday, April 27. It will introduce, among other things, the New Game Plus mode.
The plans for the patch this week are not new, but we have yet to know a specific date.
When starting a new campaign, we will keep all progress in character development and almost all equipment, except for some tools – such as a rope with a grappling hook and a paraglider.
The hero’s development will not stop there because, during the “plus” approach, we will find another 30 inhibitors, increasing the stock of health and endurance points.
The enemies will scale to the character level from the story’s very beginning. The creators also prepared special battles with a higher difficulty level and a new quest, “There was something big here.”
1.3.0 also brings more parkour challenges (and a platinum medal for them), legendary gear, a viewing angle slider on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, and a continuation of bug fixes.
