If slaying hordes of demons is one of your favorite activities, then you should look out for this free update to DOOM Eternal.
The executive producer of the previous production, Marty Stratton, decided to share the very good news with players. It has been officially announced that the single-player version of DOOM Eternal will soon receive the Horde mode, which until now was only available in multiplayer. This means that soon each player will be able to face the waves of creatures from hell solo.
Horde Mode will create the challenge you’ve been looking for in this game. Additionally, our team is constantly working to refresh BATTLEMODE, which will improve the challenges, ranking system, gameplay balance, and a new map. We’ll be sharing more details in August during QuakeCon.
DOOM Eternal debuted in March last year on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The Nintendo Switch version was released in December last year. The title is now also available on the new generation consoles, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, which appeared at the end of last month.
