Sega has announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles, a videogame adaptation of the popular anime series, on the western market in the coming months: the game, developed CyberConnect2, will debut on PC and consoles on October 15th, with Digital users. Deluxe Edition that will be able to play two days earlier.
Titled Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles, Sega’s new production is an arena fighting game that traces the events of the series and the film based on the franchise, putting us in the shoes of the protagonist Tanjiro, a Demon Slayer who fights to avenge his parents and save his sister, who has been turned into a demon.
The Demon Slayer saga has achieved tremendous success in Japan and North America: Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train recently surpassed Spirited Away to become the biggest box office hit on the Japanese market.
