Silent in silence became a choice chosen by Bandai Namco to not talk more about his anime MMORPG game, Blue Protocol. At least for the past few months. In addition to their plans to release the game on the PC when it is time later, it looks like Bandai Namco is also preparing the game to visit the console next-gen.
This was confirmed through the vacancy page, which has now been deleted and can be checked through the archive. That Bandai Namco Online, a studio that is currently working on Blue Protocol, requires a Technical Artist who has experience with the next-gen platform, PS5, and others. Some of these conditions are also experienced with the development of video games on PS4 and Xbox One.
With a big project that is now in the middle of Bandai Namco Online, handle it. It seems like it would be impossible if they recruited new staff to work on a game that hasn’t been announced at all by Bandai Namco Online.
In addition to the announcement, Bandai Namco also has prepared new information for the Blue Protocol. Through his Twitter tweet, Bandai Namco announced that the next Blue Protocol live stream would begin on 18 June 2020 at 20:00 Japanese or 18 June 2020 at 18:00 WIB. They will provide new information and their feedback about the feedback given during closed beta.
Blue Protocol is currently only planned to be released on a PC and only in Japan without a definitive release date. It is unclear whether they will release it together with the international version or with a one year lag like other Japanese online games.
