There is good news for fans of BloodRayne, which made its first appearance almost 20 years ago. Development studio Ziggurat Interactive and Big Boat Interactive have announced the release date of the first two games of this franchise, coming to consoles. We are talking about BloodRayne: ReVamped and BloodRayne 2: ReVamped, which will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch from November 18th.
These are remastered versions and not remakes: we can therefore expect a higher resolution (4K / 3840 × 2160), improved cinematic scenes and textures, and improvements to water reflections and shadows.
The original BloodRayne appeared in 2002 on PS2, Xbox, and GameCube consoles, while the PC version debuted in May 2003. The sequel, BloodRayne 2, launched on consoles in 2004, while it arrived a year later on PC.
Recall that BloodRayne: ReVamped and BloodRayne 2: ReVamped will be launched on November 18th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
