Babylon’s Fall will have a closed beta on Steam in early August.
This first phase of the game’s beta will be held from August 12, and some of the users who signed up on the official website will be able to participate in it. There will also be a second phase in which the beta will also be open to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users, although this still has no date.
The objective of this beta will be to check the status of the servers and game systems, although its creators insist that it is a test of a game that is still in development.
Babylon’s Fall is being developed by the Japanese studio Platinum Games (Bayonetta, NieR: Automata) and will be published by Square Enix, with versions for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. Its launch is scheduled for this year, although a specific date has not yet been announced.
