Assassin’s Creed Valhalla updated to version 1.5.1 today, bringing a new set of free content available to all game owners. The update introduces the second Mastery Challenge package, with challenges that can put even the most experienced assassins to the test, brings back the Ostara Festival, adds many new cosmetics and weapons, and finally solves a good number of bugs. Ubisoft has also released the Spring Roadmap, which apparently will end in May with update 1.5.2.
As for the 1.5.1 update available from today, Ubisoft confirms that the weight of the patch is as follows:
- PS5: 2.92 GB
- PS4: 1.41 GB
- XboxSeries X / S: 9 GB
- Xbox One: 8.2 GB
- PC: 12.33 GB
Once you have downloaded the update, you can play all the contents in the attached video for free, facing new challenges, a new boss, and unlocking cosmetics, weapons, armor, and even new objects to decorate Ravensthorpe.
The Ostara Festival will also be available from April 21, with new prizes for all players. The Festival will remain available until May 12, shortly before the new 1.5.2 update, which will introduce additional free content to the game. Among these, the presence of the armory was anticipated, a new building that can be visited in the base camp where Eivor can store weapons and armor.

Support for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla doesn’t end there. Ubisoft will continue to publish free content throughout 2022 and possibly beyond, depending on when the new chapter of the series is released.
