Apple is launching its iOS 14.5 updates in the beta format today, and one of the changes is support for the new DualSense controls on the PS5, and the Xbox Series X. None of these new controls are currently compatible with the latest versions of iOS and iPadOS, but 14.5 introduces support for both.
Apple’s upcoming iOS 14.5 update follows the company in November, revealing that it worked with Microsoft to include support for Xbox Series X controls. Steam also added support for PS5 control last year, followed by support for Shield TV from Nvidia last month.
